Rotate the gas valve anit-clockwise to turn on/up it. Otherwise, you can turn down/off it.

-How long to preheat the machine?
Normally, it needs oven 40 minutes to preheat perfectly. You can sprinkle some water on the clay to check if the water is steaming a.s.a.p.
It’s sparking but not burning.
If it’s first time to use the machine, please turn on the flame head valve and press the blue button (gas safety control) over 5 minutes or longer.
